L-glutamine supplies the muscle cells with raw materials as it is the main amino acid used in the process of the muscle tissue repair. Providing l-glutamine has also anticatabolic effects since it does not have to be taken from the muscles when it is delivered from the outside. Due to glutamine we can observe more continuous muscle mass build without periods of stoppage as well as faster and better regeneration.

Recommended use:
