Iron Mass is a bulk supplement containing as much as 50% high-value protein of animal origin. It constitutes the perfect dietary supplement and it can replace a balanced high-protein meal.
Iron Mass is composed of proteins characterized with fast (WPC) and medium (casein) absorption rate, due to which the body has the constant and uninterrupted supply of nutrients. Additionally, l-glutamine boosts anabolic, anticatabolic and regenerative effects.
Recommended use:
From 1 to 3 portions per day depending on the body’s need for building substances and energy.
1 portion is 60 g of the supplement mixed with milk or water.
