Pump Mass Fire is a gainer type supplement composing of all the ingredients necessary to build pure muscle mass quickly. Pump Mass Fire consists of whey protein concentrate containing the complete amino acid profile essential to build the muscle cells.
The key additive of Pump Mass Fire is creatine monohydrate, due to which there is a rapid increase in mass and strength. As early as after the first workout pumped muscle effect is felt.
Glutamine is the main amino acid building the muscles. During the workout most of the glutamine contained in the muscles is used and only the immediate supplementation of its reserves guarantees the transition from a catabolic state into an anabolic (building) state.
Recommended use: 2 portions of 60 g of the supplement mixed with water per day. Workout days: 1 portion on an empty stomach, the second portion immediately after workout. Non-workout days: 1 portion on an empty stomach, the second portion in the afternoon between meals.
Ingredients: maltodextrines, dextrose, creatine monohydrate, WPC, l-glutamine, aromas and flavours identical with natural ones.
