Staker is especially composed creatine stack which is used to boost the muscle growth in a maximal way. It consists of three types of creatine (creatine monohydrate, tri creatine malate, creatine ester) that fully stimulate the growth of the muscles providing them with energy by increasing ATP production. The anabolic effects of this creatine mix is additionally enhanced by additives of l-glutamine and branched chain amino acids: l-leucine, l-isoleucine and l-valine. Recommended use: Workout days: The first portion in the morning immediately after waking up, the second portion immediately before workout, the third portion immediately after workout. 1 portion is 7 capsules.  Non-workout days: The first portion in the morning immediately after waking up, the second portion in the afternoon between meals.
