Endogen is the sole product available on the Polish market which provides the body with the complex of the fast absorbing amino acids additionally enriched with I-glutamine, taurine, l-valine, l-leucine and l-isoleucine. This complex boosts the body’s extremely fast regeneration and prevents slipping into a catabolic state. It also provides a continuous supply of amino acids obtained during the process of starch hydrolysis. This mixture of polysaccharides and oligosaccharides is additionally supplemented with a high-energy fructose isomer ensuring the prompt balance of the glycogen level in the muscles as well as it enables to maintain the optimal level of glycogen, even during a very intensive and long-lasting workout.
Recommended use:
Drink 2 measuring spoons (70 g) mixed with 500 ml of water during the workout. After the workout drink the same dose as during the workout (70 g). During long-lasting workout sessions it is recommended to increase the number of doses during the workout.
